2009-10 (Philadelphia): In 73 games with 51 starts, averaged 8.0 points, 3.8 assists, 2.6 rebounds and 1.09 steals in 24.2 minutes per game while shooting 44.2% from the floor, a team-high 39.0% from 3-point range and 75.6% from the line... Started the final 41 games; overall as a starter, averaged 12.0 points, 6.6 assists, 4.1 rebounds and 19.4 steals... Had seven steals vs. Atlanta on 3/26/10... Recorded his first career double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds vs. Chicago on 3/20/10... Record his first point-assist double-double with 13 points and 12 assists vs. Atlanta on 3/26/10.

Selected by Philadelphia in the first round (17th overall) of the 2009 NBA Draft. Acquired July 10, 2013 by New Orleans along with Pierre Jackson from Philadelphia in exchange for Nerlens Noel and a 2014 1st round pick.
