Tallied 40 points while playing 38 minutes off the bench in a 110-97 win over the Tianjin Ronggang (1/6/12), just five points shy of matching the team record for most points in a game ... Led the team in assists in each game leading up to the 2012 CBA Finals, where they lost to the Stephon Marbury-led Beijing Ducks.


2010-11 REGULAR SEASON

Earned 2009-10 NBA Most Improved Player Award presented by Kia Motors after averaging a career-best 19.6 ppg (.432 FG%, .398 3pt%, .822 FT%), a career-high 2.6 rpg and 5.3 apg, and 35.6 mpg in all 82 games for Houston ... Made the largest jump in points per game (+8.4 ppg) of any qualifying player in the NBA after averaging 11.2 ppg in 2008-09 ... Finished tied 18th in scoring in the league and was tied 21st in assists per game ... Scored 20 or more points in 39 games, 30 or more in 10 games, and 40 or more once ... Recorded six double-doubles ... Led the Rockets in scoring in 34 games and assists in 45 contests ... Ranked first in the NBA in three-pointers made (209), setting a new Houston single-season record by surpassing Rafer Alston's mark of 192 set in 2006-07 ...
