What do I do if I lose my tickets for a game?
If your tickets are lost or stolen, call your Customer Service Specialist at 310-426-6031 for more information regarding re-prints. Only the Season Ticket Holder on the account can request them.

Does my child need a ticket?
Children 2 years of age and younger do not require a ticket to be admitted into STAPLES Center; however, they must sit on an adult's lap and may not occupy a seat. Any child 3 years of age and older will require a ticket to enter the arena and must occupy their ticketed seat only.

What time do the arena doors open?
Doors open 1.5 hours before game time. If you have questions on a game time, call our Season Ticket Department at 310-426-6031 or visit www.Lakers.com/schedule.

How can I purchase a parking pass?
Lakers Season Ticket Holders have a chance to purchase pre-paid parking for the full season and playoffs. For more information on parking, i.e. price and availability, contact your Customer Service Specialist at 310-426-6031.

How do I log into “My Lakers Account”?
Your My Lakers Account via Ticketmaster gives you the opportunity to manage your tickets online. You can email tickets to friend or clients, or you can post your tickets for sale. The site can be accessed at www.Lakers.com/sthlogin. You will need your account ID number and a password. If you have never logged in before, and need a password, contact your Customer Service Specialist at 310-426-6031.

How do I resale my tickets?
Post your tickets for sale on Lakers Ticket Exchange By Ticketmaster:

  • Go to http://www.nba.com/lakers/sthlogin
  • Log in using your Account ID (or E-mail Address) and Password.
  • Click on Manage My Tickets and find the game on the calendar that you wish to sell.
  • Select the specific seats and choose 'Sell tickets on LA Lakers TicketExchange' from the menu.
  • Set your asking price and select a method of payment (account credit or bank direct deposit).
  • Once your tickets are sold, the original tickets are voided and cannot be used.
  • Once your tickets sell, they will be sent by E-mail to the buyer and you will receive the funds for the sale depending on your method of payment.
  • Selling expires 3 hours before the start of the game.

Why does reselling on the TicketExchange close down 3 hours before game time?
Due to the fact that doors open 1.5 hours before game time, tickets on your online account manager cannot be re-sold after that time. This is to minimize possible occurrences in which two different parties have access into the arena using the same tickets.

In case your tickets did not sell by the deadline, they can be emailed to another person up until 2 hours before game time. The emailed tickets recipient has until 1 hour before game time to ‘Accept’ and print their tickets online.

After I sell my tickets on the TicketExchange, where does the money go?
You have several options. Your money can go into your Lakers season ticket account and be used towards playoffs and/or your full season renewal. Or the funds can be sent to you via check or deposited directly into your bank account. You can choose which option you’d like during the ticket posting process.

How do I forward my tickets via email?

Send (Forward) your tickets to family or friends by logging in to your online account manager at: http://www.nba.com/lakers/sthlogin.
  • Log in using your Account ID (or E-mail Address) and Password.
  • Click on Manage My Tickets and find the game on the calendar that you wish to forward.
  • Select the specific seats and choose to Forward them from the menu.
  • Type the E-mail address you want to send the tickets to (be sure the address is correct) and click forward.
  • Your recipient is sent an email and asked to ‘Accept’ or ‘Decline’ the seats. To Accept, they must create a MyLakers Account to retrieve their tickets.
  • Tickets must be printed right away. The recipient cannot login at a later point to reprint them.
  • Once your tickets have been forwarded, the original tickets are voided and cannot be used.
  • Once your tickets have been accepted, you will receive and E-mail confirmation.
  • Forwarding expires 2 hours before the start of the game. The recipient has 1 hour before tipoff to accept, login, and print their tickets.
  • You may forward your tickets starting two weeks before the date of game.
  • How do I put my tickets in Will Call for someone else?
    Your best, and easiest, option is to login into your MyLakers Account Manager and email your guest the tickets. If you still need to put your tickets in Will Call for another party, you can call your Customer Service Specialist prior to the game to do so. Only the Season Ticket Holder on the account can request ticket re-prints. On weekend games or after 5:30pm during weekday games, please contact our STAPLES Center ticket office at (213) 742-7422.

    What if I need accessible seating for a game?
    If accessible seats are necessary on a short term basis (no more than 2 games), you can contact your Customer Service Specialist and they will be happy to help you. Please note that due to limited availability, accessible tickets are on a first come, first serve basis, and only the accessible guest and one companion can be accommodated.

    Can I bring a noisemaker and/or posters to the games?

    NBA regulations prohibit noisemakers. Unless otherwise specified by teams and/or event officials/management, STAPLES Center welcomes guests bringing small signs, flags, banners, and posters inside the building to show fan support during events. The following guidelines relate to these items:
  • Item must be related to event
  • Item may not be attached to a stick/pole
  • Item may not be larger than 11" x 17" in dimension
  • Item may not obstruct any sponsors/advertisers signage
  • Item may not be hung, attached, or displayed on any part of the building
  • Item may not contain or display obscene/offensive language and/or pictures, as determined by STAPLES Center management
  • Item may not be constructed or displayed in a manner that mat obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others as determined by STAPLES Center management
  • Guests are not allowed to hand out pamphlets, advertisement brochures, etc. to other guests while inside the building, without prior approval from STAPLES Center management.
  • How do I change my seat location for next year?
    One of the many benefits of being a season ticket holder is the ability to attempt to improve your seats every year. An upgrade/relocation process takes place each year. Communication about this process is included in your Season Ticket Renewal Pack sent out to all season tickets holders towards the end of the regular season. You must fill out and submit your Upgrade Request form by the payment deadline to participate.

    How can I get a personal message posted on the scoreboard?
    Lakers Season Ticket Holders have the opportunity to see their name in lights on the Matrix Boards that run around the edges of STAPLES Center. If you would like to have your message posted on the matrix boards, please visit http://www.nba.com/lakers/community/messageboard_guidelines or contact your Customer Service Specialist for more information. Please review the guidelines. As a Season Ticket Holder, the $50 fee will be waived if you send the request directly to your Specialist; however, the other message guidelines do apply. If you don't know your Season Seat Customer Service Specialist, call us at (310) 426-6031 for assistance.

    How can I gain higher priority with the Los Angeles Lakers?
    The day you purchased your Lakers Season Tickets you made your Seniority Date official. This is an important piece of information as it gives you priority over newer accounts when it comes to relocating, adding additional seats and parking. To find out what your seniority date is, call your Customer Service Specialist at 310-426-6031.

    How do I purchase additional Single Game Tickets?
    If you are a current season ticket holder and you would like to purchase additional tickets to a game, please contact your Customer Service Specialist at (310) 426-6031. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on the availability of seats. If we are unable to help, go to Lakers Ticket Exchange and buy tickets from other Season Ticket Holders.

    If my information changes (phone, address or email) who do I tell?
    Communication is the key! If you are the primary account holder and would like to update your account information, we need something in writing from you. You can email your Customer Service Specialist, fax us at (310) 426-6110, or mail your changes to the Lakers Season Ticket Office at the address below.

    How do I get my playoff tickets?
    As a full season ticket holder you have first priority to purchase the same great seats for the playoffs. Sometime during the regular season you will receive a Playoff packet. If you choose not to purchase your seats for the playoffs, that will have no effect on your opportunity to renew your season seats for the following season.
