The Lakers Youth Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that focuses on the use of sports to promote education, teamwork and self-esteem among Los Angeles area youth.
Nonprofit organizations are eligible to receive memorabilia and group ticket donations from the Lakers.

The Lakers strive to be ECO All-Stars by hosting environmentally friendly events and providing content on how you can be an ECO All-Star in your daily life.
Each year the Lakers grant wishes for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. To date over 330 wishes have been granted by the Los Angeles Lakers.
