On August 17, 1998 the New York Knicks officially announced their sponsorship of The New York Rollin’Knicks (NYRK).

The NYRK open up their home site to all wheelchair basketball players free of charge during the school year after the EWBC season has completed in March.  During the summer months, when our home site is closed, the NYRK rent a local gym and open it up again for any wheelchair basketball player to use, free of charge. Lastly, during the summer, the NYRK have access to Madison Square Garden on several occasions and invite players from the league to play in “The World’s Most Famous Arena”.
