The Memphis Grizzlies invest in communities throughout the Mid-South by providing quality services, programs, events and in-kind donations that support the needs of area hospitals, schools and nonprofit organizations.
The Grizzlies support Mid-South organizations through seasonal programs that include the Memphis Grizzlies Holiday Toy Drive benefiting the MIFA Toy Store, Hoops for the Hungry Can Food Drive benefiting the Memphis Food Bank, Black History Month On-Court Recognitions, Grizzlies House Golf Tournament benefitting Grizzlies House at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the Grizzlies Tip-Off Luncheon supporting Grizzlies House and The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis.
During the holiday season, Grizzlies players and coaches visit local hospitals such as LeBonheur Children’s Medical Center and St. Jude to sign autographs and distribute small toys to patients and staff. The Grizzlies Community Partner In-Arena Fundraiser Nights help local nonprofits bring awareness to their missions and help raise funds for their organizations.
The Grizzlies Speakers Bureau allows Grizzlies staff to interact with members of the Mid-South community by speaking at various functions hosted by local and regional organizations. Please click on the links below to find out more information about the Grizzlies Community Outreach programs.
