It was the year of the point guard for this NCAA Tournament, as three of the top four finishers our Clippers.com March Mayhem Bracket Challenge were floor generals. (While Clippers.com finished a respectable 2nd, our passing skills leave much to be desired. A point guard we ain't.)

Veteran Rick Brunson's tab of UNC as the 2005 NCAA champ clinched the victory and secured him the title of March Mayhem Bracket Challenge Winner, while fellow guards Shaun Livingston (3rd place) and Lionel Chalmers (4th) made valiant efforts to dethrone the former Temple Owl.

Congrats to Rick and the Tar Heels, and a huge thanks to all entrants in our Bracket Challenge! Hopefully by next year, we here at Clippers.com can figure out a way to rig the scoring so that we can finally take home the title in our own pool. (We're 0-4 all-time with two second place finishes)
