Appearance Requests

Bucks players make appearances on behalf of many causes. To formally request a player to appear at an event, please mail a request on letterhead that includes the following information:

  • a brief explanation of your organization
  • your request
  • the date of your event
  • contact information

Please be aware that we receive hundreds of requests for player appearances. Every request is given consideration, and when we are able to accommodate your request, you will be contacted. For consideration, the letter should be sent to the address below at least 2 months before your event.

Donation Requests

The Bucks assist thousands of charitable endeavors throughout the state of Wisconsin each year. To formally request a donation, please mail a request on your company letterhead that includes the following information:

  • a brief explanation of your organization
  • your request
  • the date of your event
  • contact information

For consideration, the letter should be sent to the address below at least 4-6 weeks before your event.
